Application:

The concrete hose are high pressure pumping components designed to pump concrete and other abrasive mixtures, apply to construction machinery like pump truck to delivery concrete etc.

Features:

1.Highly abrasion resistant.

2.Good resistance to ozone and weather.

3.NR/SBR rubber compound tube and cover (cloth impression) with multi ply synthetic fabric or steel wire braiding.

4.There are optional inner diameter, and length in terms of size. You can also choose different W.P and B.P to match your devices.

Material:

Tube: Black,smooth,Abrasion resistant NR/SBR compound

Reinforcement:  2”-3” : two steel wire braiding, 3 1/2”-6” four layers steel cords.

Cover: Black,smooth cloth impression,NR/SBR compound abrasion cover,resistant to abrasion, cutting, gouging and weather.

Working  temperature  range:    -40°C ( -40°F) ~  70°C (158°F)  .
